Our RNs help patients transition safely after hip, joint, and orthopedic procedures with skilled wound support, therapy coordination, and pain-management education.

Incision & Wound Support

We provide wound, staple, and suture management following total joint arthroplasty and other orthopedic procedures, with careful monitoring for healing concerns.

Day-One Recovery Coordination

Our team coordinates day-one home physical therapy plans and reinforces clinical pain-management education so patients and caregivers understand the next steps.

Recovery is easier when nursing, therapy, and the referring provider stay aligned. We support the home plan, monitor progress, and communicate concerns promptly to help patients regain mobility while reducing avoidable returns to the hospital.
